About Commercial Interiors
Commercial Interiors offers tenants, developers and property managers cost-effective construction services and efficient design solutions for tenant spaces. We specialize in the design-build approach, with a full understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Our technical skills enable us to effectively manage the design and construction team to assure the quality and timely completion of each project.
Commercial Interiors was established in 1992 as an interior finish general contractor and interior architectural firm under the direction of Robert Ahmuty. Robert is a Registered Architect with over twenty (20) years of experience in tenant finish design and construction. Prior to starting Commercial Interiors, he was President of Pagemill Design and Construction; a Trammell Crow owned company, managing a design and construction team responsible for over 200 projects annually and $18 million in yearly construction volume. In addition, as Vice President of Development for MEPC American Properties, Rob directed the design and construction of over fifteen buildings, including four build-to-suit design/build projects, representing over $70 million in investments.
In addition to construction, the Commercial Interiors team offers on-going tenant services to customers, including interior remodel planning and consultation. By providing these services, we build long-term relationships with our customers to better understand their future corporate needs.
